barebox: move fan start to before ^C check * this code also sets fan freq, so if developer presses ^C then types boot, it will skip fan freq setting, and whine when linux starts fan * went back and forth on where to place it with Daniel, and we decided the risk was low here. * also remove -v so it doesn't slow down boot much Change-Id: I8c9125f31de561e5d48e70face92c9c7ef16d0f3
