Add OTP stability test command to barebox Checks if the OTP remains stable under the many-reads scenario. If the OTP value doesnt match the expected result at any point, starts flashing the red LED. Change-Id: Ib1f4de10fb86eb9d96655b7d4a55cc3a57dfdf25
