New script to update kernel and rootfs over tftp This new script is compatible with the new multi-file uimages. It writes the image to NAND instead of NOR. A command line argument lets the user control which partition the images are written to (primary or secondary). Change-Id: I75d027bb799111dfff6557c12ab1e47d71059eb9
