explicitly read phy settings for ar934x ports The lan0 port is connected through a built-in switch so ethtool ioctls can't read its phy settings. The simplest solution is to explicitly answer SIOCETHTOOL requests if they're for ar934x switch ports. b/22634981 Change-Id: Iad4b8a760423593b835039ae4bef71b6aa1ebafa
