optimus: Only use gfiber* tags for local version Previously, we had the word spacecast in version strings of Optimus binaries due to git tags that carry the word spacecast. Let's avoid this and match only git tags that start with "gfiber". Change-Id: I84c90cd7f6a0b925087c413f00ec80eef72b248f
